Scottish H & I United Kingdom Orders
Standard delivery to the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands) is charged on a sliding scale starting at just £2.99.
All other destinations are charged at the prices shown above for each 30 kilo box; when you proceed to the checkout select your destination from the drop down menu and your shipping will be recalculated. If more than one box is needed to ship your order (i.e. if the total weight of your order exceeds 30 kg), the system will automatically add the extra delivery charges as required. All UK orders received by 9pm on a weekday will be shipped the following day. If this is not possible, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.
Generally you will receive your delivery within 3-5 days however please allow a maximum of 14 days. If you have an urgent requirement for a product, please contact us before placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate your wishes.
Delivery to a Postal Address
Smaller orders are normally sent using Myhermes, larger orders are delivered by UPS. If you're not going to be home when the courier calls and you have a safe place that your parcel can be left let us know and we will notify the courier, otherwise when the courier calls, a card will be left with details about how you can reschedule delivery.
